Are there taxis or car rentals available ? Is UBER and LYFT available?
Yes, and we recommend you call ahead. Yellow Cab, 845-794-1120;  Sureway Taxi, 845-794-5050;  Roscoe Rockland Car Service, 607-498-4400; Enterprise Car Rental, 845-791-9938. AND THIS JUST IN......UBER AND LYFT ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR PICKUPS IN MONTICELLO WITH SERVICE TO ALL STOPS! It is new so you should schedule your pick up in advance, just to be safe (although we have used it with just a 3 minute wait time) but they are most certainly here!

What kinds of payment do you accept?
You can use PayPal, Master Card Visa, Discover, American Express or Apple Pay.

Are the tickets refundable? Can they be used for different dates? 
No. The ticket sales are final and must be used on the date for which they are purchased.

Can I bring my dog?
We LOVE dogs. Seriously. We really love dogs. Unfortunately our insurance company does not, so our pets aren’t allowed on the bus. But we are working on this. In the meantime, legitimate service dogs are always welcome.

Can I purchase a ticket on the bus?
Yes. But it's $68.75 each way.

Can I bring my bicycle?
If it can fit in the luggage compartment, AND there is available space, sure thing! But we have to accommodate all passengers regular luggage first.
