Are there taxis or car rentals available ? Is UBER and LYFT available?
Yes, and we recommend you call ahead. Yellow Cab, 845-794-1120;  Sureway Taxi, 845-794-5050;  Roscoe Rockland Car Service, 607-498-4400; Rockland County Car Service, 845-300-4600; We Care Transportation, 845-295-0900; Enterprise Car Rental, 845-791-9938. AND UBER AND LYFT ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR PICKUPS IN MONTICELLO WITH SERVICE TO ALL OUR STOPS!

What kinds of payment do you accept?
You can use PayPal, Master Card Visa, Discover, American Express or Apple Pay.

Are the tickets refundable? Can they be used for different dates? 
No. The ticket sales are final and must be used on the date for which they are purchased.

Can I bring my dog?
We LOVE dogs. Seriously. We really love dogs. Unfortunately our insurance company does not, so our pets aren’t allowed on the bus. But we are working on this. In the meantime, legitimate service dogs are always welcome.

Can I purchase a ticket on the bus?
Yes. But it make sense to buy your tickets in advance. Express tickets are $55 each if purchased 5 days prior to departure, $65 each way if purchased 4 to 1 day(s) prior to departure, or $68.75 if purchased day of departure. Local tickets are $40 each way if purchased 5 days prior to departure, $50 each way if purchased 4 to 1 day(s) prior to departure, or $55 if purchased day of departure.

Can I bring my bicycle?
If it can fit in the luggage compartment, AND there is available space, sure thing! But we have to accommodate all passengers regular luggage first.
