What do the local car services charge?  Prices from the Catskill Carriage stops to popular hotels and hot spots range from $20-$50. We advise calling the car services ahead of time to secure a reservation and get exact pricing.

What kinds of payment do you accept? You can use PayPal, Master Card Visa, Discover, American Express or Apple Pay.

Are the tickets refundable? Can they be used for different dates?  No. The ticket sales are final and must be used on the date for which they are purchased.

Can I bring my dog? We LOVE dogs. Seriously. We really love dogs. Unfortunately our insurance company does not, so our pets aren’t allowed on the bus. But we are working on this. In the meantime, legitimate service dogs are always welcome.

Are children allowed on the bus?  Catskill Carriage welcomes all passengers 4 years old and older. Please keep in mind that many of our pick up and drop off locations are for patrons 21 years old and older. 

Can I purchase a ticket on the bus? Yes. Tickets can be purchased on the bus. But it sure makes sense to buy your tickets in advance. Express tickets are $55 each if purchased 5 days prior to departure date/time, $65 each way if purchased 4 to 1 day(s) prior to departure date/time, or $68.75 if purchased day of departure.

Can I bring my bicycle? If it can fit in the luggage compartment, AND there is available space, sure thing! But we have to accommodate all passengers regular luggage first.
